Our Made-to-Stitch pieces are prepared especially for you, based on the measurements and specifications shared with our team.

Measurements & Specifications

Measurements must be shared with our team via WhatsApp after placing your order.
If you have any specific stitching preferences or requirements, please communicate them to our team along with your measurements.
Please ensure that all measurements and specifications provided are accurate, as the garment will be prepared accordingly.

Made-to-stitch orders generally require 7–12 days for stitching and preparation.
Certain heavily embellished or intricate pieces may require additional time.
Our team will keep you informed if additional time is required.

Please select and provide your measurements carefully before production.

We do not offer alterations after delivery for made-to-stitch pieces based on incorrect measurements or a change in fit preference.

Made-to-stitch pieces are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically for you.

If your made-to-stitch order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.tarztaana@gmail.com

A continuous opening/unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for us to assess a damage-related request.

Please share the video along with photographs and your order details with our team.
