At Tarz & Taana, each piece is carefully prepared and finished with attention to detail. As many of our pieces are curated and prepared after an order is placed, please allow us the time needed to create and dispatch your order with care.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7–10 days of order confirmation.
• Certain heavy, embellished or made-to-order pieces may require additional time due to the hand-finished nature of the garment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is complimentary across India.
• There is no additional shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your name, complete delivery address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

An incorrect or incomplete address or phone number may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts or additional delivery charges. Tarz & Taana cannot be held responsible for delays arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances or incorrect delivery information may occasionally occur.
